The short version: you're buying a digital book for personal use, it comes with a real guarantee, and it's education — not professional advice. The longer version follows.
1. What we sell
Pillar & Page sells digital ebook guides delivered as PDF downloads. Prices are listed in US dollars. Each purchase is a one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring charges.
2. Your license
When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read and use it — on any of your own devices, printed for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files. The content remains the property of Pillar & Page.
3. Delivery
Guides are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, immediately after payment. If a download ever fails to arrive, email hello@pillarandpage.com and we'll sort it promptly.
4. Refunds
Every guide carries a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. The full policy lives at pillarandpage.com/refunds and is part of these terms.
5. What our books are — and aren't
Our guides are educational publications. They are not medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they don't create any professional relationship. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation. Results from applying any book's ideas vary from person to person, and we make no promises about specific outcomes.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use our content or website unlawfully, don't attempt to disrupt the site, and don't misrepresent our work as your own.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillar & Page's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the press grows; the version on this page is the current one, and material changes will be dated below. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect on the purchase date.
